Grandparents & Grandfriends Day for Grades K-12
is now Friday, May 22nd, 2026.

Grades K-4 usually celebrate Grandparents & Grandfriends Day in the spring. This year, after the weather cancellation in the fall, grades 5-12 will join in the spring fun with a K-12 Grandparents & Grandfriends Day on May 22nd!

Parents will receive an email with further details!

What is Grandparents & Grandfriends Day?

This day emphasizes the importance of intergenerational connections and the integral role our grandparents and grandfriends play in the life of our students. Each year we invite the "Grandfriends" (grandparents, family members, special friends) of our youngest Hilltoppers to join us on campus to experience first-hand what it's like to be in Marshall's Forest School through various outdoor learning stations, activities, and a picnic.
