Dear Hilltopper Families,
TRAVEL/GATHERING PLANS OVER THANKSGIVING BREAK As Kevin Breen's Friday email indicated, many independent schools are looking ahead to the week following Thanksgiving (and also the week following winter break), and feeling the need to plan for multiple eventualities. Cases of COVID-19 are rising in 33 states. With health and safety in mind, and so we can have a good plan in place, we are asking for your feedback. If case numbers remain consistent and families elect to travel or attend large gatherings during these breaks, we may need to pivot to an alternate format when we return. We are exploring several possibilities with the intention of having two viable options to present next week. So we can be more fully informed, we are hoping you could answer a very brief survey. Your answers are anonymous and will be received without judgment, as we know much thought is going into each decision to travel, gather, or remain sheltered. Holiday Travel Survey
PROFESSIONAL DAY - OCTOBER 30 Teachers will participate in professional development on Friday, October 30. Classes will not be in session.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION Marshall collects Box Tops for Education to help fund the senior cruise aboard the Vista at the end of the school year. If you purchase items with the Box Tops for Education logo, there are two ways you can help: If you find this logo on our purchase, you can clip the Box Tops and have your student drop them off with Jeana Marshak in the Main Office. If you find this logo on your purchase, you can scan your receipt using the Box Tops app.
