Whether you are planning a small business meeting or an event to remember, Marshall School's scenic view of Lake Superior will impress any guest! Our building is located on a beautiful campus overlooking Duluth and the lake, and offers a variety of rooms for rental. With free and convenient on-site parking and a centralized location, it’s the perfect place to host your next event.
We offer:
Vendor Flexibility -- you choose your licensed caterer, bartender, and other services. No food minimums or limited vendor lists.*
Free and Safe Parking -- we have a large, well-lit parking lot adjacent to the building, with a semi-circular drive for drop-offs.
Multiple Photo Sites -- our campus has a variety of beautiful indoor and outdoor views to serve as backdrop to your event photos.
Indoor & Outdoor Options -- our expansive front lawn and our new outdoor classroom (covered structure with picnic seating) make for memorable outdoor ceremonies and events.
*If you plan to serve alcohol, an extra-duty Duluth police officer presence is required (we arrange, you cover fee).
