Facility Rental
Whether you are planning a small business meeting or an event to remember, Marshall School's scenic view of Lake Superior will impress any guest! Our building is located on a beautiful campus overlooking Duluth and the lake, and offers a variety of rooms for rental. With free and convenient on-site parking and a centralized location, it’s the perfect place to host your next event.
Due to limited availability we are not accepting new events. If you have an existing rental event contract with us to discuss, please contact: rentals@marshallschool.org
Please note: Renters may choose their own catering service. Alcohol is allowed only when served through a licensed caterer with the addition of a Duluth Police Officer hired to oversee the event.
