Dave Johnson is on his second career.  He started his working life as an aircraft mechanic with the USAF after leaving high school.  Upon leaving the Air Force, Dave began his journey towards becoming a teacher.  Along the way he repaired bicycles, taught skiing, joined the Air National Guard, attended college, groomed ski trails and stayed home with his newborn children.  Dave has been with the Marshall School as a middle school science teacher since the 1996-1997 school year and plans to remain at Marshall for another decade or two.  In addition to teaching 5th and 6th grade science, Dave is also the Marshall Nordic Ski Team Coach and Ski Trail Groomer.
