Admissions Application Process
Applying to Marshall involves several steps. Each component of the admissions process is designed to assess the fit between school and student. The student essay, academic work, the campus visit, personal interviews as well as the admissions test all provide important information for the family and Marshall School in helping to determine the enrollment decision.
A willingness to prioritize academics, the desire to be a person of character, and a desire to be a part of the Marshall community are essential qualities for a positive admission decision. The Admissions office does not select students solely on the basis of academic strength. We believe that one’s willingness to work hard and a love for learning are the academic qualities necessary for success at Marshall and beyond.
six Steps to the Admissions Process

5) Admissions Test
All applicants take a standardized admissions test, which includes three sections: verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and reading comprehension. The test takes slightly over two hours to complete. Students with a wide range of scores on the admissions test are accepted to Marshall.
Please contact the Admissions Office to schedule your child to attend a Campus Visit Day.
6) Request for Student Records
Once the online application is completed, the records request form is automatically filled out. It is submitted to the student's current school once parent permission has been granted to do so.
